As Practice Manager for Dr. Della Valle, a highly respected joint replacement surgeon, Crystal Veerasammy brings over a decade of experience in healthcare administration and a genuine passion for patient care. Since joining Dr. Della Valle’s team in 2022, Crystal has been an integral part of creating a welcoming, supportive environment where patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their orthopedic journey.
Known for a thoughtful and compassionate approach, Crystal is dedicated to making each patient’s experience as smooth and stress-free as possible—from the first phone call to post-surgical follow-up. She works closely with Dr. Della Valle and the entire care team to ensure clear communication, efficient coordination, and the highest level of personalized service.
With a strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail, Crystal Veerasammy oversees the day-to-day operations of the practice while always keeping patient needs at the forefront.
Outside of the office, Crystal is passionate about meditation and physical fitness, and is a proud dog mom to Dakota, her beloved boxer—bringing warmth, balance, and positivity into both her personal life and her work with patients.
